Care Instructions | Hand wash cold, or use the machine’s gentle cycle with delicate wash. Wash inside out, separately or with like colors, using mild wool detergent such as Woolite or The Laundress Wool & Cashmere Shampoo. If hand washing, rinse thoroughly and press out excess water. Roll gently in a dry towel, then reshape and lay flat on a fresh towel to dry; do not hang. For pills, brush gently in one direction with a sweater stone for heavier knits or a sweater comb for finer weaves. Fold for storage.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached
Items must be free of odors (including smoke, perfume, detergent, or food)
Items must be free of pet hair, excessive lint, or visible debris
A copy of your receipt or order confirmation is required

Refund Eligibility

Regular-priced merchandise returned within 7 days of delivery is eligible for a refund back to the original credit or debit card used at checkout.

Sale merchandise is eligible for store credit only. Store credit will be issued within 30 days of receiving and processing the return.
