At Sundance Clothing, we’re committed to providing a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. Please review our policies below — if you ever have questions, we’re always happy to help.

Shipping Policy

We make every effort to ship orders within 1–2 business days of purchase. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note that shipping timelines may occasionally be affected by carrier delays that are outside of our control. While we strive for timely delivery, exact delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns on regular-priced merchandise under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached

    • Items must be free of strong odors (including smoke, perfume, detergent, or food)

    • Items must be free of pet hair, excessive lint, or visible debris

  • A copy of your receipt or order confirmation is required

To begin a return, please email sundancecapecod@gmail.com for a return authorization, or return eligible items in person at either of our store locations.

In-Store Returns

Online purchases may be returned in-store at:

  • 497 Main Street, Chatham, MA

  • 4 Merchant Road, Unit 6, Sandwich, MA

Sale Items

  • Sale items are final sale or eligible for store credit only

  • Store credit will be issued within 30 days of receipt

  • Store credit never expires and may be used anytime

 

Gift Card Policy

  • Gift cards are valid only at Sundance Clothing

  • Redeemable online at sundanceclothing.com and in-store at our Chatham and Sandwich locations

  • Not affiliated with any other similarly named stores or catalogs

  • All gift card purchases are final sale and non-refundable

Refunds & Payment Types

  • Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to the original form of payment

  • We are unable to provide cash refunds

  • Items originally purchased with cash will receive store credit
