RETURN POLICY

At Sundance Clothing, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

We partner with Redo to provide a simple and convenient return experience for our customers.

RETURN WINDOW

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Returns requested after 7 days from the delivery date are not eligible for refund or store credit.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Have all original tags attached
• Be free of smoke, perfume, detergent, food odors, or other scents
• Be free of pet hair, lint, stains, makeup, or visible debris
• Include proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation

Items that do not meet these requirements may be rejected and returned to the customer.

REFUNDS

Regular-priced merchandise returned within the approved return window and meeting all eligibility requirements is eligible for a refund to the original form of payment.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

SALE MERCHANDISE

Sale merchandise is eligible for store credit only.

Eligible sale item returns must still be initiated within 7 days of delivery and meet all return eligibility requirements outlined above.

Store credit will be issued after the returned item has been received and approved.

STORE CREDIT

Store credit never expires and may be redeemed online at sundanceclothing.com or at either Sundance Clothing retail location.

RETURN SHIPPING & CHECKOUT+

Sundance Clothing partners with Redo to offer Checkout+, an optional return protection service available during checkout for a small fee.

Customers who purchase Checkout+ are eligible for free return shipping on approved returns and can manage their return directly through our Redo return portal.

Customers who choose not to purchase Checkout+ are still welcome to return eligible merchandise; however, they are responsible for all return shipping costs.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at sales@sundanceclothing.com.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

All returns must be initiated through the return portal before merchandise is sent back.

IN-STORE RETURNS

Online purchases may also be returned in person at either Sundance Clothing location.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

Regular-priced merchandise purchased in-store is eligible for store credit only when returned within the applicable return period and in original condition.

Cash refunds are not available for in-store purchases.

Items originally purchased with cash will receive store credit.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit:

• Gift cards
• Clearance merchandise marked Final Sale
• Personalized or custom items
• Any item specifically designated as Final Sale at the time of purchase

POLICY CHANGES

Sundance Clothing reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
