Shipping Policy
We make every effort to ship orders within 1–2 business days of purchase.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.
Please note that shipping timelines may occasionally be affected by carrier delays outside of our control. While we work hard to ship orders promptly, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Return Policy
We gladly accept returns on eligible merchandise under the following conditions:
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached
- Items must be free of odors (including smoke, perfume, detergent, or food)
- Items must be free of pet hair, excessive lint, or visible debris
- A copy of your receipt or order confirmation is required
Refund Eligibility
Regular-priced merchandise returned within 7 days of delivery is eligible for a refund back to the original credit or debit card used at checkout.
Sale merchandise is eligible for store credit only. Store credit will be issued within 30 days of receiving and processing the return.
Store credit never expires and may be used online or in-store at any time.
