Shipping Policy

We make every effort to ship orders within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.

Please note that shipping timelines may occasionally be affected by carrier delays that are outside of our control. While we work hard to ship orders promptly, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns on regular-priced merchandise under the following conditions:

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached

• Items must be free of odors (including smoke, perfume, detergent, or food)

• Items must be free of pet hair, excessive lint, or visible debris

• A copy of your receipt or order confirmation is required

Sale Items

• Sale items are final sale or eligible for store credit only

• Store credit will be issued within 30 days of receipt

• Store credit never expires and may be used at any time

Refunds & Payment Methods

Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Please note:

• We are unable to issue cash refunds

• Items originally purchased with cash will receive store credit

Gift Card Policy

Sundance Clothing gift cards:

• Are valid only at Sundance Clothing

• May be redeemed online at sundanceclothing.com or in-store

• Are not affiliated with any similarly named stores or catalogs

• Are final sale and non-refundable
